What is a "Friend"
of Athens Creative Theatre?

A Friend of Athens Creative Theatre is an individual supporter or financial broker whose generous contributions allow ACT to continue to produce quality theatrical productions, as well as to provide Education and Outreach Programs to Athens and its communities.

Gifts from our "Friends" provide ACT with the funding that enables us to produce the MAINSTAGE and SUMMER MUSICAL SERIES seasons each year that speak to our diverse Athens community. Our "Friends" help support ACT's YOUNG AUDIENCES touring productions for Athens area youth. An average of 8,000 students attend YOUNG AUDIENCES productions annually.

Support from our "Friends" allows ACT to broaden the scope of our Education and Community Outreach Programs enabling us to provide theater experiences for young people that will "educate the youth of today as we inspire the leaders of tomorrow!"

Our "Friends" help us supplement the portion of our budget that is not covered by ticket sales and enables Athens Creative Theatre to continue to bring exceptional theatre to the Athens area community!
